Neer Dosa
Ingredients
- Rice - 1 glass
- Cooked Rice - 1 Cup
- Jeera - 1 Tea Spoon
- Asefoedita - 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Soak rice for 2 hours in water.
- Grind rice with cooked rice, Jeera, Asefoedita and salt.
- Add water to make batter as thin as possible.
- Pour on thava with little oil/ghee.
- Serve hot with Chutney or vegetable saagu.
