TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The checkout time is 24 hours. If the time needs to be extended, a prior notice to the management is necessary which also depends on the availability of rooms.
- Any reservation would be confirmed only after 50% of payment received. The payment shall be made via CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or NET BANKING ONLINE.
- Along with the confirmation of the transfer, a scanned copy of the photo ID proof is mandate.
- Cancellation: Any cancellation requests will be honoured and the amount will be refunded back to the source account and below deductions apply.
- If checkin time is greater than 72 hours 10% on the overall tariff will be deducted.
- If checkin time is lesser than 72 hours 20% on the overall tariff will be deducted.
- On any breakages and damages, prices are to be borne by the client as per the market standards.
- We offer our services only during 8 am - 10.30 pm.
- The checkin time will be from 6 am - 10 pm.
- Management has all the rights to take necessary actions on the customers for indecent behaviour or violation of the terms & conditions.
