Holidays are meant to spend quality time with our family members and friends. I am a businessman from Mumbai, who love travelling to South India. We are a group of travel enthusiasts who keep visiting as a team. The trip to South India was zeoed to Karnataka state this time. This trip was planned for the month end of May, 2012. We all were enthusiastic to know that our travel planner is designed to visit nature, wildlife, heritage, adventure… It was like a combo package designed for us by the Travel Malnad team.

The team Travel Malnad is a specialist designer of holidays in Karnataka. We were given packages exactly as we expected and there was a lot more offered than we demanded. The journey of our team started from Delhi around early in the morning and we all flew to Bangalore. Without stopping much for the city stroll we headed towards Thirthahalli, one of the most liked travel places that I have visited. A small township on a river bank with an attractive bridge and lovely landscapes around it was a feast for our eyes.

We had booked a typical Karnataka homestay in Thirthahalli and it was our pleasure to meet the host who were hospitable and friendly. I am a foody and my wife loves garden, we both loved the place we were staying and entire team had one or the other reason to love the homestay we were staying. It was a 2 nights and 3 days halt. The planner was made in such a manner we got stay both at homestay and resort during our holiday in Karnataka.

The resorts in Karnataka are far better than what I had imagined. The luxury resort at Coorg we stayed was a memorable place. I am sure that the same team I travelled with will be coming to Karnataka very soon. The locations we visited were simply the best places that I have ever visited in South India. The activities, adventure and the connectivity to these places is simply superb. Visit Karnataka for a special holiday and relax your mind and soul indulging in nature.
